Our Administrative Staff

Jeff Chiodi, Founder of Cypress Home Care Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Jeffrey Chiodi

“There is a wisdom and insight that comes from seniors (or those in need) that we can all learn from. The best part of my job is when I get to visit our clients, because I always walk away wiser and humbled.” ~ Jeffrey Chiodi, Founder and Chief Executive Officer

The heart and soul of Cypress Home Care starts at the top and filters through the entire organization. Jeff Chiodi founded Cypress Home Care in 1999 based upon a need in the community and a firsthand understanding of in-home health care.

Jeff comprehends the nuances of our clients’ specific situations from personal experience. His mother battled Multiple Sclerosis for over 20 years and required in-home health care. This understanding serves him well in leading the Cypress team to remain sensitive to each client’s needs.

Growing up in an entrepreneurial and close-knit family in the small town of Barre, Vermont, Chiodi strikes a delicate balance between compassion and skill. This insight from both sides serves him well as a leader.

Most importantly, Cypress Home Care clientele receive the benefit of a motivated, skilled, and compassionate team to carry out his vision of exceptional in-home care.

Mr. Chiodi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunications from Michigan State University, and has called Greater Lansing home for over 25 years. Actively involved in the area’s Meals On Wheels program and the Alzheimer’s Association, he also enjoys playing softball and spending time with his wife and step-children.
